IMPORTANT NOTE: Pre-registration for class is required.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

YOGA: This class encompasses the key elements of a yoga practice: physical postures, breath, and meditation. Most importantly, you will be encouraged to live your yoga by taking your practice off the mat and into your life. With a willingness to smile and have fun, this class is accessible for all ages, body types, and physical abilities. Class is limited to 10, so pre-registration is required.

CANDLELIGHT YOGA: This class is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing candlelight practice. It is a sweet, slow paced, breath-guided class. A meditative component will also be present, encouraging you to take your practice off the mat and into your life. Class is limited to 10, so pre-registration is required.

SIT A BIT MEDITATION: Take a moment out of your day to discover a greater sense of awareness, insight, and mental clarity. Light movement will be incorporated and meditation will be lead out of the book Sit a Bit by Victor Parachin. You are welcome to bring a blanket or cushion for meditation. Space is limited to 8, so pre-registration is required.

 

Hours: The studio is open 20 minutes prior to any scheduled class and closed between classes.
