Hours: Rebel Yoga is open 25-30 minutes prior to any scheduled class, and closed between classes.

Practice is lead in a natural room temperature, typically between 77 and 80 degrees.

SUNRISE FLOW: This class is designed to increase clarity, creativity, and peace of mind. It is a blueprint that encourages creativity from a sound structure and leave you feeling ready to take on the day.

REBEL FLOW (POWER): This class is designed to ignite your inner fire, build strength, and calm your mind. This revitalizing class works for all ages, body types, and physical abilities because it is not fixed; it is adaptable to every student and focuses on guided breath and alignment all while having FUN! It is a blueprint that encourages creativity from a sound structure. Get ready to sweat, tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what is possible. You will leave feeling refreshed, restored and renewed.

MELLOW FLOW: This class is perfect for anyone new to yoga or seeking a mellow practice. It is a sweet, slow paced, breath-guided class that will stretch your body, build strength and calm your mind. The instructor will take time for you to focus on your breath and tune into your body, as well as provide modifications for common poses. A meditative component will also be present, encouraging you to take your practice off the mat and into your life. 

SIT A BIT MEDITATION: Take a moment out of your day to discover a greater sense of awareness, insight, and mental clarity.
