the gift of community for the holidays

Now - October 27th

Christmas is here early at Rebel Yoga, and it's for a great cause! We have a tree in the studio and for the next two weeks we will be collecting ornaments with the theme of "community". On October 27th we will take the tree to the The Museum Broken Arrow where it will be on display for the holiday festivities. In December, the tree will be given to Broken Arrow Neighbors and donated to a family in need. We are so excited to be a part of this event again this year, and are thrilled to see our little tree come together in the spirit of community!

workshop: yoga for stress and anxiety

November 11th 1:00-3:00pm

Stress. Worry. Anxiety. Tension. These are all feelings that take a physical and mental toll. During this workshop you will learn yoga postures, breathing techniques,  meditation exercises, and dietary tips that will leave you feeling relaxed, calm, and peaceful. You will leave this workshop with knowledge of natural ways to bring stillness to your body and mind whether you are at home, work, or in line at the grocery store. All postures and meditations will be light and easy, so no previous experience or knowledge is required.

This workshop is presented by Amanda Spriggs-Sloan, a licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor, and assisted by Brent Sloan, a life coach and certified yoga instructor. Space in this workshop is limited, advanced sign up is available here: http://bit.ly/2ylTIl4 

Workshop: true north for journey into power

December 2nd 1:00-3:00pm

True North Alignment is a key component to the Journey Into Power sequence; it is the element that can bring your practice to a new place. This workshop will give you experience with and understanding of True North Alignment and how to apply it to poses in Journey Into Power.
